For those new here, I began working in the spring of 2010 for a nice local couple. I prepare dinner for themselves and any guests that come through, plus pack a lunch for the next day. How often I work depends on our schedules, and what I cook is largely up to me. Their main goal is to lose weight in a healthy satisfying manner, and I’m here to make sure it happens with the freshest of ingredients and neither any alcohol (d/t sulfites) nor MSG.
