Dinner: Chinese noodle soup from the College Budget Cook. Tweaked to exclude alcohol, used some dark mushroom shoyu & gochujaru instead of the chinese peppers. Cut spicy ingredients in half, served with chow mein, chinese noodles, bbchoy, sliced snap peas, and forgot to add the bean sprouts & basil/cilantro. It was acceptable, they claimed to like it, I’d like to remake it for myself though. With the wine
-next time don’t put that much in the skillet at once. I doubled the kielbasa, used “ranch fixings” for the seasoning & it was meh.
plus a iceberg lettuce salad with thousand island dressing. Healthy & tasty.
