05/29/05 – Pork Tenderloin and White Bean and Sausage stew

DINNER (Ren’s idea)

Rosemary & thyme broiled pork tenderloin done in a cast iron skillet, from Food Network

Mushroom Risotto, same recipe

Romaine Salad with pear and basil dressing

All a success.  Tenderloin needed a bit more time though, bc it came out pink first

LUNCH

White Bean s & sausage stew from Food & Wine

Corn on the cob, boiled & seasoned with fresh herbs

I liked it.  Ms Jan is a soup person, esp cold soups, fmi
